CLUB DINING SATURDAY NIGHT
What an absolute pleasure to see dining return to your Country Club last Saturday! It was a long, very hungry time.
We
had 63 diners, and they had a great fun night, with reports coming
in that the food was very good, and all accompanied by enjoyable music.
It was great to see sporting groups get a party together. Well done to tennis and croquet for the support.

WAPOL BOWLS CLUB - SOUTH WEST TOUR
Recently we were lucky enough to host the WA Police Bowling Club.
They were unable to attend the Australian Police Bowls National Championships so they decided to head down south. A busy fun time was had by all, and the visitors needed arrest at the end! Although they did win on aggregate 120 - 126.

LOST MEDAL - update
The owner of the lost medal from last week has been found! What a great community effort to get this back to its owner. From the original walkers who picked it up, to our members who took it in, to the resident research assistant, and then on to the wider Dunsborough community (facebook) and the RSL, word got around and we triumphed. Thanks to all concerned.

Focus on Renewals
How to renew:
- The membership database will automatically activate your renewal on 1 June (excludes Sponsor renewals).
- If you have an up to date email address listed on your membership details, you do not need to do anything as an invoice will be emailed to you that day.
- If you want to activate your renewal earlier (and thank you to those who have already done so), just log on to your membership at https://dcc.wildapricot.org/ and click on the 'Renew to July 2023' button. From there you can update any personal details or sports options and then follow the prompts to finalise and receive your invoice. Alternately attend the office at the times listed under Club Membership above, to do it in person.
- If you do not have an email address, an invoice will be delivered to you.
How to pay:
- By online transfer by using the payment details listed on the invoice.
- In person to the Membership Admin Officer, by attending the office during the hours stated each week in the newsletter. Using Card, Cash, or Cheque.
- By post, with Cheque only. Please state clearly the invoice number and your full name.
Notes on payment:
- Please use the invoice number as a reference/narration on any online payment. This ensures that your payment can be accurately matched up to your membership. Especially if your bank account does not use the exact same name.
- No payments will be taken at the bar.

We recognise and thank the City Of Busselton for the $8,000 Community Assistance Program Revitalisation Grant 21/22.
The DDCC works closely with the COB to maintain the facilities at the club and we have been given $8,000 for the following reasons: -
The replacement of the bar shutters, making it a safer and more secure working environment.
The installation of a croquet player shelter and equipment storage. This is scheduled for construction this month.
Thank you COB!
